Read the tender.
Not all 300 pages of it.
TenderJa lists open government tenders every day and reads the tender documents for you: a one-page summary with key dates, risks and requirements, each linked to the exact page.

Why bidding takes so long
Issue 01
Tenders are scattered
Checking several government portals every day takes hours, and good opportunities are missed.
Issue 02
Documents run to hundreds of pages
Key dates, penalties and mandatory forms are buried, so engineers spend days just reading.
Issue 03
Small misses disqualify you
A missed site visit, a wrong CIDB grade or a missing form can sink a bid before it is judged.
// 02

Your tenders stay private
- Private to your company
- Every tender, file and summary belongs to your company. The database itself blocks other companies from seeing it.
- Hosted in Singapore
- Your data and our servers are in Singapore, close to you.
- Not used to train AI
- Documents are read by Anthropic's Claude through its business API, which does not train on your data. Copies sent for reading are deleted afterwards.
- PDPA-minded
- We collect only what we need, ask for your consent, and let you correct or delete your data.

Questions
Where do the tender listings come from?
From JKR's e-tender site and MyProcurement (the Ministry of Finance's portal, which also carries many state tenders including Sabah and Sarawak), updated every morning, with duplicates shown once. We are adding more Malaysian government sources. Tender documents are still bought from the issuing agency.
Which documents can the AI read?
PDFs, including long ones: very long documents are read in parts. You can also store Word, Excel, drawings, images and ZIP files with each tender.
Does it understand Bahasa Malaysia?
Yes. It reads Malay and English tenders and writes the summary in English, keeping names and references as written. A Malay summary option is planned.
How accurate is it?
Every point shows the page it came from, so your team can check it in seconds. AI can make mistakes, so an engineer should always make the final call.
Can other companies see our tenders?
No. Each company's data is separated inside the database itself, and we test this regularly.
How do I add my colleagues?
Your company administrator adds them from the Team page; they receive an email to set their password.
Spend your time winning bids, not reading them.
